01 / who we are

Measured care, stated plainly

A sports and rehab chiropractic clinic built around one idea: you should be able to see the change on paper, not just take our word for it.

02 / the approach

The site of pain is rarely the source of pain.

Most people arrive having been treated where it hurts. We test how the whole chain moves first, because a stiff ankle writes knee pain and a weak hip writes low back pain, and neither gets better by working on the loud end.

So every plan starts with a scored assessment and ends with a re-test. The adjustment and the soft tissue work open a window; the loading work is what keeps it open after you leave. That is also why we plan for discharge rather than for a standing appointment.

03 / why we exist

Progress is measured, not assumed.

Baseline was built for the people of Culver City who want to move without pain and get back to the thing they were doing before it started. Every plan opens on a scored assessment and closes on a re-test, so the progress is on paper.

04 / how we work

Three rules we do not bend

v-01

Measured, not asserted

Every plan opens on a scored assessment and closes on a re-test, so you can see the change instead of taking our word for it.

v-02

Hands on, then loaded

Joint and soft tissue work opens a window. The loading work in the same visit is what keeps it open after you leave.

v-03

An end date

We aim to discharge you. Maintenance visits exist for people who want them, never as a condition of getting better.

Who is actually in the room

Dana Whitfield, DC

Runners and field sport athletes. Will film your gait from four angles whether you ask or not.

Nadia Roshan, DC
Chiropractor, ART and Graston Certified

Soft tissue work, desk-posture necks, and post-surgical loading plans.

Jordan Pryce, DPT, CSCS
Rehab and Strength Coach

Runs the loading phase after the adjustment, because a joint that moves better still needs to get strong.

06 / what a visit is

Hands on, then loaded

A visit here has two halves. The first is manual: the adjustment, the mobilization, or the soft tissue work on whatever is actually restricting you. That opens a window.

The second half is the loading work that keeps the window open after you walk out. Nobody leaves with nothing to do, and nobody gets booked into a standing appointment they did not agree to. If a complaint sits outside chiropractic scope, we say so and refer you out the same day.
