03 / the protocol

Five steps, then you are done

We aim to discharge you, not to see you forever. Here is the whole plan, start to finish.

  1. step / 01

    Assessment

Forty minutes. Full movement screen, history, and a hands-on exam.

  2. step / 02

    Findings and roadmap

You leave with a written plan, a visit count, and a total cost.

  3. step / 03

    Care block

Focused visits combining joint work, soft tissue, and loading.

  4. step / 04

    Re-test

We re-run your screen and compare the scores side by side.

  5. step / 05

    Discharge or maintain

Most people are done here. Monthly tune-ups exist if you want them.

asked and answered

The questions we actually get

How many visits will I actually need?
Most plans here are six visits with a re-test at the end. You get that number in writing at the assessment, not a vague estimate to keep you guessing.
Do you take insurance?
We are cash-pay and out of network. The prices posted are the same for everyone, and we give you a superbill you can submit to your insurer yourself for possible reimbursement.
Is this just an adjustment, or is it more than that?
Every visit combines hands-on work with a loading exercise. The adjustment opens a window and the exercise is what keeps it open after you walk out. We do not send you home with nothing to do.
I am not injured, I just want to move better. Is that a reason to come in?
Yes. The movement screen alone is $95 and gives you a scored baseline, which is exactly what athletes use it for before a season starts.
Will you keep me coming back forever?
No. We plan for discharge from the first visit. Most people finish a six-visit block, get re-tested, and are done. The maintenance plan exists for people who want it, not because we push it.
What is the Baseline Score?
A composite out of 100 built from five tested movement patterns at your assessment. We re-run it at visit six and put both scores side by side so the progress is on paper, not on your word alone.
