Spinal Decompression
Motorized axial traction for disc-related low back and neck pain, dosed by session and tracked against your symptoms rather than sold as a package.
The table applies a controlled pull along the spine, easing pressure on the disc and the nerve root. Sessions are quiet and passive, which is exactly why we do not build a whole plan around them.
Decompression is priced per session here on purpose. Sold as a twenty-session package before anyone knows whether you respond, it becomes the thing this profession gets written up for.
What it changes
- ✦Passive relief during an acute disc flare
- ✦Priced by session, no package required
- ✦Reviewed at session six against your symptoms
Questions
How many sessions will I need?+
We review at six. If nothing has moved by then, more of the same is not the answer and we change the plan.
Safety & what to expect
Not used with spinal hardware, fracture, certain instability findings, or during pregnancy. We screen for those before the first session.

Class IV Laser Therapy
Deep-tissue laser applied over an inflamed area, used as an adjunct during a flare, never as the plan on its own.
Electrical Stimulation
Surface electrodes running a low-level current over a guarded, spasming area to calm it enough that the rest of the visit is possible.
Compression Recovery
Sequential compression boots for the legs, used after hard sessions and long races, and as a comfortable way to spend a recovery visit.
