Movement Screen

A standalone screen of the twelve positions we test, scored and written up, for athletes who want a baseline before a season rather than a fix for something painful.

The same screen that sits inside the new patient assessment, run on its own. Squat, hinge, single-leg stance, gait, overhead reach, rotation, and trunk control, each scored on the same scale every time so the numbers are comparable across sessions.

The output is the interesting part: not a pass or fail, but which side gives up first and under what load. That is the thing a training program can act on.

What it changes

  • A comparable baseline for pre-season and mid-season
  • Side-to-side asymmetries written down rather than eyeballed
  • Findings your coach or trainer can program around

Questions

Is this the same as a physical?+

No. It does not clear you medically for sport. It measures how you move and where the asymmetries are.
