Throwing & Overhead Screen
A shoulder, thoracic spine, and hip screen for throwers, swimmers, and overhead lifters, measuring the rotation and mobility the sport actually demands.
We measure internal and external rotation at the shoulder, thoracic extension and rotation, scapular control, and hip rotation on both sides. Overhead sport is a whole-chain demand, and the shoulder is usually paying for something below it.
The screen produces numbers in degrees, which means the follow-up either shows a change or it does not.
What it changes
- ✦Rotation deficits measured in degrees, not guessed
- ✦Thoracic and hip contributions included
- ✦A short corrective block that targets the actual deficit

History, a scored movement screen, and a hands-on exam. You leave with a written plan, a visit count, and a total.
Movement Screen
A standalone screen of the twelve positions we test, scored and written up, for athletes who want a baseline before a season rather than a fix for something painful.
