Corrective Exercise
A short loading program built from your screen, coached in the room until the reps look right, then filmed.
Manual work opens a window. Loading is what keeps it open. Without it you are on a subscription to feeling better for two days at a time, which is exactly the pattern this profession gets criticised for.
Programs stay short on purpose. Three exercises done properly beats twelve done badly, and twelve is what people quietly abandon in week two.
Every exercise is filmed with you doing it, so the video on your phone is you and not a stock model.
What it changes
- ✦Three to five exercises, not a twelve-item handout
- ✦Coached in the room until the reps are right
- ✦Filmed with you in it, sent to your phone
- ✦Progressed against your re-test scores
Questions
How much time will this take at home?+
Ten to fifteen minutes, three or four days a week, for most plans.
Do I need a gym?+
No. Most early-stage programs need a band and a floor. Later blocks use whatever equipment you already train with.
