Post-Surgical Rehab

Structured loading for the stretch after formal physical therapy ends and before you are truly back to training, coordinated with your surgeon's protocol.

There is a gap between the last physical therapy visit and being ready to play, and it is where a lot of second injuries happen. The paperwork says cleared, the tissue says not yet.

We work from your surgeon's protocol, never around it, and we send progress notes back to them. Where a milestone is theirs to sign off, we wait for it.

What it changes

  • Fills the gap between discharge and full training
  • Coordinated with the surgeon's protocol and milestones
  • Progress measured against criteria, not a calendar

Safety & what to expect

We require surgical clearance before starting and work strictly within the protocol we are given. Anything outside it goes back to the surgeon.
