Desk & Workstation Review
A photo-based review of how you actually sit, with the two or three changes that matter and the loading work that makes the position sustainable.
Monitor height, chair depth, and where the mouse sits do matter, and they are worth fixing in ten minutes. But an ideal desk still fails if the position cannot be held, and holding a position is a strength quality.
So this is half setup and half loading. You send photos of your real desk, not a demonstration one.
What it changes
- ✦Based on photos of your actual desk
- ✦Two or three changes, not a shopping list
- ✦Paired with the strength work the position needs
